Hi all, I have made another build, this time focusing on scaling minion damage to increase the dominating blow of inspiring's damage. Depending on how much you play during league start, it could be a decent league starter for 3.25 but with some tweaks of course. The amulet/jewels I mention in the video may be hard to come by and will be expensive but Dialla's Malefaction Armor could mitigate some of that damage loss. Other tweaks can be made as mentioned in the video (offensively and defensively).
One could also not focus on armor necessarily and instead of taking Unbreakable notable, Unrelenting could be better/more efficient. Something I forgot to mention in the video were the cluster jewels - The Blight Prism I bought for 2 divines (IIRC) and I crafted the Fulgent Spark jewel - though the base alone was 1 divine. Those will be expensive at league start for sure, but with low level cluster jewels, going for 25% increased effect/2% increased attack speed instead, should prove to be fairly reliable. As I mention in the video, assuming tattoos will still be around in 3.25, those will be useful in many different aspects. One example would be; Precise Technique - if you are struggling to have your accuracy be greater than your life pool, 5% increased accuracy will go a decent way. As far as clear goes, it felt good for me, even in maps where the mobs had a ton of eHP, but if one wants to get some explosions going, then potentially substituting one of the flasks for Oriath's End and/or trying out Haemophilia / Asenath's Gentle Touch gloves (which I did not try). LMK what you think!
