PoE Reckoning builds

Just wrapping up 40/40 in Affliction SC today, so I figured I'd share and archive my league in case anyone was remotely curious. I opened with a Shield Charge Elementalist at league start (Very good build honestly, I just became disillusioned with not being able to do the league mechanic at T16 and so I was speedfarming T8-T10 Wisps in Strand/Glacier/Cemetery. I found voltaxic burst after testing out spells I haven't played and really liked it. I tried making a build for it, and for the first time I managed to make a build that feels good for T16 clear. So I wanted to share since it's off meta and can handle AN and the current 3.19 changes. I've been taking the league really slow so I haven't run a lot of the end game bosses yet, but it had no issues with Guardians, Searing, Eater, Elder, and mastermind. So, saw some of the buffed items for reflect/thorns. And Thought, hey.. . .maybe? I dunno much about it, other then that it would be hella tanky and kinda fun to watch things break upon my body. This is what i've come up with so far. Any tips on how to improve the damage scaling of reflected attacks or If I should swap out reckoning would be appreciated.
