1st HC Character.

Took awhile to figure out the build scaling , how to PoB everything, and how to adjust in HC environment.

BIGGEST DOWNSIDE: You NEED CELESTIAL EFFECT MTX.

  • Otherwise you'll have flashbangs all the time and you might need to get your eye checked if you play this without MTX.

This is a good baseline build if you're looking to play this archetype in HC, no big items yet, most of it can be self found and self-crafted. (You do not need forest tiger, it is -100% visual clarity for 17% aspd and 11% ms)

Roughly 5.8m based on estimates w/ spectre + ag + punishment (~900-1k pdps rod)

38k phys max hit w/o molten shell + arctic armour

Thoughts and Build Details:

  • I was considering Bonemeld but I decided it was not worth it to try and counteract the chaos res downside, (it's more efficient to go CI if you want to use Bonemeld)

  • I also made some changes to the PoB (not shown in the video), dropping the minion cluster (it's a bait), as we get more value from just allocating points normally in the skill tree (+20% spell block and extra points for minion damage)

  • Swap out eventuality rod with regular warstaff for +25% block if you prefer higher block.

  • Dying Breath- 18% dmg

  • Leer Cast - 50% dmg

  • Belly of the Beast

  • Artor Mortis - Enfeeble on Hit (Corrupt Implicit)

  • Windscream - +1 CURSE

Spectre Progress Priority:

  1. Stygian Ape - swap to forest tiger endgame minmax (Frenzy Charges)

  2. Forest Warrior (Culling + Onslaught)

  3. Guardian Turtle (Determination)

  4. Baranite Cleric (Phys as extra lightning)

Currently working on:

  • Finishing Weapon T1/T2/T2 Phys Rod

  • Fixing Jewels (Preferably you have Increased Max Life + Minion Damage, suffixes are up to you, optimally you get + max res but that will be difficult so max life + minion damage as baseline is decent)

  • Swapping to cord belt. Allows for annointing Sione's Ambition which makes it comfortable to drop Greater Ancestral Call Support on bosses and still have decent strike range.

  • Also considering maven belt, since we generate power charges from blocks, and it gives us a lot of es recoup.

  • Runegraft of the fortress + runegraft of the warp consideration

  • Thinking about dropping 1 attack block wheel for Glorious Vanity (Doryani) to get more es.

  • Fix Affixes on my gear, particularly gloves and boots.

So far I've done full scarab 6 map mods and nightmare maps, 260+ delve.

If you are a gamer this current iteration can do ubers. But I'll be working on fixing stuff first then try to do ubers later (might skip Sirus)
