PoE Ralakesh's Impatience, Mapping builds

Hi! I made my own build around Eye of Winter, a spell I really enjoy since Diablo 2 (it's similar to Frozen Orb). I don't really like mines, which is a common way to play eye of winter so i decided to try my own hand at making a build. The build is based around Rathpith Globe which gives crit and spell damage per 100 health. The idea is to roll inquisitor, take all health nodes in the south-western part of the tree, and scale crit aswell as chain. Ive seen lots of builds talking about how the new Tainted Pact amulet, which gives "chaos dot heals you while leeching life" is not working properly, or how its inconsistent and people keep dying when their leech ends. Im currently playing a Impending Doom Scion, which seems to be working decently with it; it doesnt die to lack of leech and has decently sized poisons, its nothing fancy or expensive but it feels very resilient while taking damage from packs of mobs, or tanking boss mechanics while attacking, and i havent even invested much in defenses. Crackling Lance inquisitor. Level 90. According to PoB I can reach 1 million DPS while standing still (because of Sigil of Power, Power Charges, Frenzy Charges and Endurance Charges). I want to boost DPS without needing to stay still too long cause the biggest reason of my deaths is not moving enough or not moving fast enough. A pretty straightforward build revolving around the reworked Ralakesh's Impatience and stacking all kinds of charges for a ton of generic spell damage. Since the other dude is asking for more PoB, here is a tentative Lightning Conduit Elementalist. I looked at the other lightning conduit PoB and found it extremely lacking. Insane custom multiplier from everywhere, a shock calculated on the basis you have already a 100% shock on the target which it obviously won't, a need to alternate between lightning arrow and lightning conduit, an idea that using voltaxic make the build reach "a much high ceiling" while you are basically giving up weapons and ends up with a spell doing 40% lightning 60% chaos (very fun to scale the resists after that), etc

I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now. In all seriousness this almost all cheap or currency farmable in white maps unique items and twink rare gear, super basic jewels and cheap watchers eye with plenty of room for upgrades for much later. Pretty good i think for 3 mill dps on pinnacle bosses and its a 1 button build to boo
