POE 3.21 Ralakesh Discharge Inquisitor Invitations

Finally got around to doing all the invitations. Not inspired by the league too much but i managed to farm up some solid currency. Build is in a fairly cheap state though and still does almost everything in the game (uber shaper, uber red man, uber mavern and uber uber elder are all real rough without suppress).

All we can't run is no regen for map mods BUT reduced CDR feels terrible and monsters steal charges on hit feels terrible. Nothing fancy really in this build (Deaths rush is not needed it's just a placeholder instead of an expensive ring just use whatever, I've even been using a ventors)

If you are going to play or are playing this build: Get bleed IMMUNITY Getting snared sucks and you cant generate charges, not sure what to do about this (some exiles do it) Lots of "while stationary" or "while moving" effects bug out this interaction with the boots so if the boots are "broken" look for these sorts of key words on your gear.
