Been playing this build for a bit now. Kept it mostly budget (Besides my lucky +1 max power charge relic and my belt) and can peacefully map in T16's with Wellspring of creation on (50% more life, 25 less damage) to level.

I think you can buy most of the gear for around 5 divines and do crazy amounts of damage! Max chill and max shock on everything.

The core items are Ralakesh's Impatient boots, badge of the brotherhood, and then 2 void batteries and 2 Malacchai's loops. Utilizes a questionable QOL mechanic involving weapon swapping...

If you want big damage use a skin or a Dialla's but you'll be real slow.
