Fun build. But it is popular now. This setup is almost all uniques. It gives full suppression and tons of ES recovery even with Mind Over Matter which some people are having issues with.

Divine sorrow flask is good with leech from divergent void manipulation or vitality watchers eye. It supercharges ES recovery when you lose it all after a big hit or DoT.
Frost shield for single target dps and to tank.
can't do frenzy/power charge altars or no regen/ele reflect mods.
