PoE Trickster builds with custom stat filters

So this is my current build I'm working towards right now. There are two versions of the build 1. a budget version which is the gear that I currently have equipped right now with almost no investment (like less than a divine at this point aside from foible) 2. the endgame version which is the gear and tree I'm hoping to get towards as the league progresses Both versions have a separate skill tree, gem links, and gear in the dropdowns. My idea here is that everyone seems to be playing lightning conduit, which is an awesome skill and very fun to play, but I wanted to take a unique spin on it

So I've made builds for myself in the past, but for the most part, they've been fairly simple. Forbidden Rite has had my eye for a while now, and with the Trickster rework, decided to try to make my FR build also be my first new Trickster. Above is a rough day 1 plan for my LS Trickster. I'm going the full armor/ev route because it's easier to get eHP early on, especially vs phys damage, and it also allows me to grab 13 different masteries that synergize with the build. I know Heartstopper is a controversial node, but I feel like it will smooth out the damage I'm taking, even if I don't always notice it or run into some bad rng. Any advice? I realize Champion does armor/ev LS better probably, but I'm really looking forward to trying out Trickster.

This is a build I'm planning to league start. It probably does and will suck. But I'd be happy for feedback on it anyway. This is my first time making a build, and I've been learning a lot - I wanted to make a trickster build self-casting Flameblast, and use 2x Consuming Dark and Anomolous Flameblast for full chaos conversion. Original idea was to do CwC bodyswap (which this still can with a gem swap) but frostblink is also instant and might be tolerable with some reduced CDR. I tried to use reasonable week 1/2 items, but maybe overstepped in some places. Anyone ever played a build like this?
