Optimizing for the Lake of Kalandra Reflecting Mist

The Strongest part of the new league is gated behind quite of bit of rarity so if we want to take advantage of the mechanic we have to target it and optimize our lake of kalandra gameplay for finding it specifically. Here is my advice for targeting the reflection of kalandra as best I have figured out from this point in the league.
