PoE Ball Lightning, League Starter builds

Sooo..i really like the idea and gameplay of the new Lightning Coil skill and have been trying to come up with a build around it. there is a horrible pob made by me with lots of probably too expensive and rare gear to be even considered something like a league starter (and it doesnt have to be imo) I took BL as a subsitute for LC in the chest armor But lets break this down: we are using inquisitor with mjölnir to automate shock novas from the hammer together with elemental prolif to spread shock which we then detonate through L

I want to present to you a league starter build I made last league. I played in a relatively small private league and mainly crafted the gear myself. I'm not a terribly good crafter so those more proficient at crafting would have an even easier time. Those who play trade league will find the build to be even smoother in its progression.I'll be explaining some thing about the build that many may already know but I want to keep it as noob friendly as possible. Build: Main question I was hoping to get answered is the question of DPS. Because my god everyone says something different when it comes to acceptable DPS. 1 person says min 250K is the goal while another says 2M is the goal on league start.

Need source of blind. Possibly: Blind on hit gloves, or work blind support into CWDT links. Abhorrent Interrogation as gloves would be nice DPS boost. Maybe self-cast bone offering, since BO/Crem/VD would consume all my desecrated corpses, leaving none behind for damage bonuses (nearby corpses)?

I think I'd share my most successful build this league, which I actually started with. I had an absolute blast playing this build, so if some of you guys looking for inspiration maybe it's the one you need. I've done all content in the game including Awakener 8 The Feared and 100% Delirious maps (this one is not so comfortable, but doable). Simulacrums are cakewalks. Everything in maps dies like it's nothing. Sometimes she kills map bosses without me noticing it. In her current state she is worth around 100-120 exalts, but she can work with much much less (it's my league starter after all). S
