Hey everyone! I wanted to get this out before league launch tomorrow so...here we are! I am a one-take kinda guy right now so bare with me while I rant and ramble on about the build. Keep in mind that this is NOT a build guide and is catered to those who are already somewhat familiar with the build. You know, an UPDATE :D

I am discussing new masteries, the passive tree, and some thoughts on league starting it. The "too long, didn't watch" version is: It's fine, there are no dire/drastic changes to be super concerned over.
