Level 40 is the highest gem level coded for in game and its no easy feat to hit. I got lucky finding the perfect item to shoot for it up on trade and chose to build around corrupting fever with it. This is nothing over powered or particularly special just a little project I wanted to put together, Hope you guys like it and keep enjoying poe ultimatum league!
