POE 3.15 Ruetoo's Self-Cast Forbidden Rite - All Content Build - Speed Damage Tank EVERTYING!

This is Ruetoo's build. He's the 37 asian uncle you've probly seen screaming in a twitch clip once, twice, thrice, mabye more it's hard to count them all tbh. No he's not that one who colors his hair all the time, no not the one who takes his shirt off, yea he's that one; the toxic sniffer of....clean laundry Twitch.tv/Ruetoo Twitch.tv/Ruetoo Twitch.tv/Ruetoo Twitch.tv/Ruetoo Twitch.tv/Ruetoo Twitch.tv/Ruetoo I made this POB exclusivly off the information he provided, the crafting as well although it was a "Can I copy your homework? Yeah just change it up a bit so it doesn't look obvious you copied" kinda thing. Twitch.tv/tripolarbare Twitch.tv/tripolarbare Twitch.tv/tripolarbare Twitch.tv/tripolarbare Twitch.tv/tripolarbare ========> PLEASE READ THE NOTES YOU MFers <========== ========> ALL QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWERED <========== Chaos Leeched as life, and how to get it. You can get this mod from many sources, but the best are going to be IN ORDER: 1. Divergent Void Manipulation - 4 exalts -Problem is it's expensive and there's only 5 for sale LMAO 2. On a glorious vanity node (use divines on Glorious Vanity until you hit "Xibaqua" for divine flesh, and then see if any nodes have "Revitalizing Darkness" which gives .2 chaos leech -Takes 2-4 points, and A LOT of divines until you hit it. It's a very rare mod to hit. This is currently what I use, for 2 points 3. Delve mod ring. This is the worst of all options, and forces you into using a corrupted pair of gloves to get your "Despair" curse. It is good for the "budget" version though. -Using this method locks you into despair curse on gloves, which kinda starts to fuck 2 peices of gear over. You can reforge keep prefix on ring though to get good resistance. 4. Synthesised implicit. There's literally only 10 of these so good luck MFers. 5. You could technically use life leech boot enchant (no leech on bosses), or the support gem (huge damage loss) so honestly if you NEED to, try playing without leech and see how it feels. EVERYTHING IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN YOU SAID REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE - Sorry bro the builds just too damn good for people to not want to buy gear for it. - How about instead of complaining about it, you craft the gear for the build and farm the gems and make money off everyone else playing it :^) Mana problems, running out, budget mana, MANA MANA MANA MANA MANA - On "budget" mana is provided on tree, and through and "ENDURING" mana flask. This is scuffed as fuck and losses you onslaught, so look to replace this ASAP with steps bellow - Mana is generated from these EIGHT things that you need ALL of! 1. {crafted}Non-Channelling Skills have -8 to Total Mana Cost on -> craft on BOTH rings. Get this mod from unveiled jewellery 2. {crafted}18% reduced Mana Cost of Skills if you've been Hit Recently -> Boot enchant from UBER lab. Super important DON'T SKIP 3. A rare jewel with "5%" reduced mana cost of skills 3. "Tireless" -> life wheel by templar start 4. "Righteous Decree" -> by templar start 5. "Shaper" -> Life + mana regeneration by scion life wheel 6. Having all 9-10 power charges up. We get mana regen on tree PER power charge so you need them up 7. "Replica Conqueror's Efficiency" -> Heist Unique 20-40c 8. Alira Bandit gives 5 base mana regen (not bad) Helmet (notes) -Your helmet eventually needs a white socket on it (vorichi in research can add 1-3 depending on rank). -You need this because you'll swap warlord's mark (rage generation) for assassin's mark (big dick damage) on conqs, sirus, invitations, etc. Bandit? -Alira until you NEED 2 skill points for somthing and can cap the remaining resistance elsewhere. Headhunter? -HH is fucking insane on this build, we take advantage of the extra projectiles, multi, speed, and all the extra life/es we gain gives us more damage because FR scales off of max life AND ES LMAOOOO Life Recovery? - Chaos damage Leeched as life - Vitality watcher's eye with life on hit + shaper ring with life on hit = Forbidden Rite causes us to hit our selves triggering ball lightning + blazing salvo + purifying flame. This is a lot of spell hits all the time which is a lot of + life gained for each hit. - Regeneration from our tree, flask craft (after budget), conc ground from purifying flame Mitigation? - Physical taken as X element from taste of hate + helmet enchant + body armour (if you're lucky) - 3 Endurance charges up at all times - Constant Immortal call procs. - Ellusive uptime = dodge Speed + Rage? - Rage is generated from "Warlords mark" when we curse and enemy with it and stun them (hitting them hard enough) - If you can't generate rage, you're hitting a boss, or you're in a "Monsters Cannot Be Stunned" modded map - Our speed comes from Ellusive uptime, and berserk uptime - Elusive from witherstep is removed when you use and ability, but when we crit we get elusive again, which can be refreshed again from withering step providing a loop of high effect elusive. - Eventually inspired learning and/or HH can be used on this build for insane speed and very smooth delirium farming. Ailments? - We get freeze immunity from "Arctic Armour" and chill immunity later on from an unveiled boot craft + movement speed - Watch out for shock/ignite and consider rolling on of these on your flask - Poison = LMAO 80% CHAOS RES - Bleed = Corrupted blood jewel + Fuck it dude softcore for any other bleed. I don't have enough mana for X - De-level your gems by vendoring them with a scour - Go to level 1 with a regret if you need - Check "mana" above to make sure you are recovering enough. =======================><============================ Copyright; twitch.tv/tripolarbare youtube.com/c/tripolarbear I effed ur mum Glossary: MFers - M(other)agic F(uck)ind Sniff - rueSniff Inf - Influence Chris - My friend Chris from highschool, not Chris Wilson from Grinding Gear Games Copyright; twitch.tv/tripolarbare youtube.com/c/tripolarbear I effed ur mum
