10+ Scorching Rays with spectres build is legit! - Path of Exile (3.14 Ultimatum)

Old school spectres summoner using Tukohama's Vanguards that summon totem that casts Scorching Ray. VERY slow clear speed but very good single target damage (including Sirus) on a very low budget, using new Amanamu's Gaze unique jewel. League start viable.
