PoE Chaos Inoculation, Cold, Simulacrum builds with custom stat filters

Hey everyone, I've come across the Bronn's Lith Version of CoC Frostblink with Wintry Blast, and while it undoubtedly dishes out insane DPS, it's essentially a cast-on-death portal build that folds at the slightest glance. Inspired by the concept, I decided to tweak it into a more robust build that can handle Simulacrum wave 30 deathless, take on uber bosses, and breeze through mapping with just a single portal. TL;DR| Pob link here: ---|--- Quick Explanation | A level 24 creeping frost skill gem is used to simulate the expected damage of a level 20 FB skill gem (based on comparisons with Searing Bond.) On Shako, I've added a 410% more damage over time modifier to simulate the level 30 version of the skill (based on searing bond's scaling.) Shield has Tempest Shield Estimate as custom mod Most items have 5-7% bonus defenses added as custom mod Vortex has alt quality to simulate lvl 21 upgrade to Creeping Frost (It's lvl 2425 is too much DPS; unrealistic Cold Snap's Controlled Destruction support had quality lowered to 10 for the same reason. Rime Gaze does not have an enchantment. Amulet has Divine Judgment. Tranquility with current setup would give 52k DPS and ~75 ES. Inspired by this post, put together this fella recently and despite being a glass cannon(too squishy to do delirium stuff), packs quite a big punch. &x200B; With stuff that has 100% uptime, got about 6 mil dps, with flasks and power + frenzy(generated with 3 link frenzy-culling-pcoc, though can't keep it up at all times) goes to about 10 mil. Still has lots of room to upgrade, like 4 multi jewels, tailwind boots, better rings etc. Pob:
