Inspired by this post, put together this fella recently and despite being a glass cannon(too squishy to do delirium stuff), packs quite a big punch.

With stuff that has 100% uptime, got about 6 mil dps, with flasks and power + frenzy(generated with 3 link frenzy-culling-pcoc, though can't keep it up at all times) goes to about 10 mil.

Still has lots of room to upgrade, like 4 multi jewels, tailwind boots, better rings etc.
