PoE Lightning, Spell builds without Archmage with custom stat filters

Map Mods / Build Limits: Can't run Elemental Reflect and Physical Reflect maps Can't run Atziri or Uber Atziri due to reflect. Struggles to run maps with "Reduced flask charges gained". Hi Everyone, First time I played spark was in Delirium League with the OG Aura Stacker, and haven't touched it since. I did miss Spark quite a bit, and this league with all the buffs and Ashes, I decided to hop on the bandwagon of Spark Inquisitor, and make it extra thicc and tanky, while keeping high DPS. The build is amazing for invitations, simulacrums, as I did multiple deathless wave 30's, The Feared likewise, without even moving from the center of the map, as only Shaper and his balls with pen can actually make a dint in the build.
