Two weeks ago I tried this combo w/o eternal youth, and with crap gear. I didn't really have any immunity to poison. Days ago I saw captainlance talking about dissolution of the flesh and eternal youth. So I pick this build up again. It appears that eternal youth is amazing.

~~My understanding of dissolution of the flesh is that, it is a cheap way to have some survivability. It doesn't really worth big investiments unless you are playing shadow and having HeartStopper (I tried to level an Assassin and burnt out on reaching lioneye's watch). In most cases the combo is cheap and strong and flexible, you can play whatever ele spells you like. But when facing multiple bosses, e.g. 80+iiq Elderslayer invitation, I struggled a lot. I can't kill the bosses soon enough and there are just too many degen ground effects.~~

~~All in all, this is a good item for early league self-cast builds with "weak" spells. But if you have more than 50+ex, I still recommend either cap spell suppression or use rare weapon and melding of the flesh.~~
