Hi there,

Having a lot of fun with Divine Ire, I had played the skill before, but always with ailments. The whole point was doing the closest thing to a "Kamehameha" feeling, so of course, I went with hit based.
Basic defenses:Permanent consecrated groundMax attack block, close to max spell block with glancing blowsRegen HP and ES on blockDivine Shield4 Endurance charges24k armour without flasks, 42k with flasks1.3k regen
Offense:
Based around a Cane of Kulemak with 18% non chaos as chaos, so conversion to light, then cold, then fire.Inquisitor ascendancy helps us get crit chance and ignore general resistances
Add phys or lightning damage to spells (the ealier it is in the conversion chain the better)Get Big AoE for the channel portion to kill small mobsHerald of Ash for semi-decent clear
Bad video because laptop sucks: https://youtu.be/sgDqMaQeSVs
PoB (still being optimized): https://pastebin.com/r4cN10ud
Can't say this is the best build ever per exalted orb invested (in fact it probably sucks for the amount invested), but if you ever wanted to cosplay Goku, this is the build for you.
Other ideas to adjust the build:Drop Cane, just get regular weapon with non chaos as chaos, go aegis with melding for more survivability.Full eternity shroud shenanigans
Edit:
Added Chimera Kill, tried to take a few hits to show that it's not that squishy
