A lot of shit uniques, ok mapping build, but no ubers, mb will have problems even with not uber bosses. During ruetoo's stream i tried to minmax low budget chieftain spark build. This is low budget build, but not ssf viable. It has a lot of cheap uniques. Result is not that bad. I'd love some feedback, years ago I enjoyed a strike Earthquake build and figured I'd try and recreate it, the numbers look okay for SSF SC start. Planning on an elder axe with lvl1 Fort and then adding less duration support for quicker earthquakes. This isn't a finish build but just my take on the pretty obvious idea to use new valako with nebulis. Depending how desired valako flame / flesh is it might be the cheapest way since heist league to play a decent aura stacker. Can obviously be even cheaper as a chieftain but it feels pretty bad to only have 2 ascendancy nodes since everything else is completely useless if nothing changes. SO. im a bit stupid, and im sure some of these decisions are stupid, i have a few glaring issues, but to preface, im working on finding a jewel to cap my cold res, and im aware my anoint is for dual wield, the build guide from kobe i was following suggested dual wield would be ideal with this anoint but as soon as i go dual wield i turn into a feather, i have 0 defence and just cant progress when im that weak, as fun as the damage is its not worth dropping this shield which has become crucial for my survivability and a bit of a crut
