PoE 3.15 Expedition, 3.14 Ultimatum builds

My guess would be Inquisitor, Righteous Providence (as first node) and using Cyclone with a dagger with +8% base crit. Back in 3.14 (before CoC used mana to cast spells) I played LL Purifying Flame Inquisitor with the above setup and I remember it was perfectly functional very early during campaign. Now with the mana issue I don't know. This was my PoB back then, in case you guys can see something useful from it where I don't.

Hello guys, I got this idea for an Occultist build inspired by the elemental dot buffs and the new chaos mastery revealed. I worked on this idea a few days ago, but the new chaos mastery reveal seems a pretty good fit for this build so, I included it in my build. Ok, a few words first. I want to point out that this build is not what someone would call "optimal", but it combines various features to create a beautiful result and what I would call a fun playing experience. If you 're fan of Torchlight, Grim Dawn etc. then you know what I'm talking about. So, what are the elements of the build?

I am working on an assassin static strike character as a potential league starter for 3.16. I would like for it to be a bit tankier but can't figure out how to get that into the build, any ideas on how to get that set up? &x200B; Also more damage would also be nice, as I can't seem to squeeze anymore in.

PoB: I've leveled with hollow palm quite a few times, and I always start with smite then usually switch to consecrated path or infernal blow as soon as I can. POB: Due to passive tree changes this is just a rough outline of notables and gear without factoring in Mastery for the most part. Reservations assume that Faith and Steel counts for Energy Shield Mastery (for 25% Discipline Efficiency) otherwise drop Tempest Shield or spend a few points for Insightfulness/Unnatural Calm. The build pastebin: Currently its sitting at 2 million ignite dps against sirus with a bandaid jewel to simulate the bonus ignite damage for the new patch but without EQ. Considering what we know about the new flame surge I really don't think it will lack damage but I am absolutely worthless when it comes to items and not the best when it comes to optimizing the tree. So if anybody knows a way to improve the build just let me know.

Notes on the gear i chose: I tried to create gear that is achievable in a trade environment without too much investment The helmet is supposed to be either a blizzard crown or just a hunter base for the added dmg Amulet simulates the new dot multi roll and the base ignite changes gloves are a mix of the new added dmg rolls on rings and the dot multi from the hunter gloves the normal jewels are 2 prop only jewels, so should be fine to get medium clusters could be tricky to get, but swapping out 1 notable for a diff

super super rough PoB (especially considering changes coming): 3.16 i'm gonna be making an MFinder just for the fun of it and so am having to build around all of the uniques. it's pretty restricting. there's almost no flat life or resistances on the gear (didn't want to put in some PoB ventors) and so am building around that with a super passive playstyle (bow and ballistas) and lots of jewels on the tree. but also damage itself has been a question for me, especially as i don't really trust my capacity to get an honest readout from PoB with all the moving part

Shield has Tempest Shield Estimate as custom mod Most items have 5-7% bonus defenses added as custom mod Vortex has alt quality to simulate lvl 21 upgrade to Creeping Frost (It's lvl 2425 is too much DPS; unrealistic Cold Snap's Controlled Destruction support had quality lowered to 10 for the same reason. Rime Gaze does not have an enchantment. Amulet has Divine Judgment. Tranquility with current setup would give 52k DPS and ~75 ES. I 've been messing with CoC ever since I started messing with pob and one thing I don't like with CoC builds is that your trigger skill doesn't do damage. This build solves this issue and divides the damage between the trigger skill and the spell, so both your main skills do equally substantial damage. Hi all, I wanted to give the 3.15 CoC builds a try and figured I'd make a hipster/meme build. SST is currently extremely easy to get a VERY high crit chance using an ES shield with seething fury. Similarly, Ice Spear doesn't require a particularly large investment into crit for nearly maximum crit. Build is not fully optimized. SST can crit a LOT of times with a single throw due to SST chaining. Lioneye's armor is used for the 7th socket for more damage. Deadeye for more chaining/projectiles/mark effectiveness.
