PoE League Starter, Bossing builds without Champion, Guardian, Hierophant, Inquisitor

After watching Empyrian's newest video, I was reminded of world carver and was curious if I could put something together that actually resembled something useful while mapping/bossing. To catch those interested up, World Carver gloves place a slipstream on the ground once you spend 200 mana with a 4 second cooldown. If you combine that with Torrent's Reclamation, and Tailwind from Deadeye Ascendent node, you end up with 28% increased action speed. Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery? Hey guys, reviewed my 3.16 league starter - now featuring more armour. After some playtesting, I also dropped Herald of Ice because it did not add a lot towards clear (not as much as commonly anticipated). With 45k phys/90k ele damage max hit taken (10k hit PoB Input), this build is quite tanky despite its low HP pool. If you have Molten shell up, this goes up to 70k/160k.
