Hey guys, reviewed my 3.16 league starter - now featuring more armour. After some playtesting, I also dropped Herald of Ice because it did not add a lot towards clear (not as much as commonly anticipated). With 45k phys/90k ele damage max hit taken (10k hit PoB Input), this build is quite tanky despite its low HP pool. If you have Molten shell up, this goes up to 70k/160k.
