Looking for the Ultimate Bosskiller Starter build in 3.17? Don't worry,【Buffed Palpatine】is here !

Hey guys ! Lightning Tendrils got buffed real hard and has almost doubled its damage, so yeah..its gonna be one of the best bosskiller build in 3.17~

*Disclaimer : Some may feel that the skill is too clunky due to the channelling playstyle, but it's definitely gonna be a blast if u built it well :)

Anyway, here's our idea for this palpatine build !

** Take note that the gameplay shown in video is just an overview of how the build performs (pre 3.17) ** We are using budget early game gear (easy obtainable/craftable) ** This set up is mainly for early game(Non crit) and could carry u up to maps

• Lightning Tendrils Elementalist
• Huge AOE and Cast Speed
• Possibly one of the best single target skill in 3.17
• Smooth channelling playstyle
• Beginner-friendly

(Pros)

• HUGE DPS (Boss Carry)
• Easy to scale, don't need min-max gear to deal GG Damage (Cons)
• (Maybe) Not everyone's type of playstyle
• Clearing may be clunky if doesnt have enough cast speed/AOE

*We will upgrade this build in 3.17 and show u guys the true power of THE DARK SIDE !
