PoB: https://pastebin.com/1GQmDM1K Tested BV and Winter orb but didn't really like the duration they lacked so ended up with reap. Using the new forbidden flesh / flame jewels for elementalists AoE, didn't need gem swap for mapping / bossing this way and it felt pretty good to play :)
