PoE 3.17 BV/Tornado Occultist: Build Guide and Final Thoughts

My league starter for Path of Exile's Archnemesis league, a Blade Vortex/Tornado Occultist with cold conversion turned out pretty well! I have about 4 exalts of gear invested in it, and it pumps out just shy of 2 million DPS - maybe 2.5m or so with Tornado up. It's a strong build that clears very well and has respectable single target damage, too. It's also lots of fun and quite easy to play. I definitely recommend it as a league start option. However, despite having solid life pool sustain, it is vulnerable to big hits and damage over time. Consequently, it won't be a great choice for the ultimate endgame content (Maven and her invitations, Shaper, Elder, etc.) as I've built it here. If you're just trying to cruise through maps - even red ones - on a pretty low budget, this is a great build. For endgame bossing, look elsewhere. Hopefully you enjoy the video!
