PoE Scion, Grace, Physical builds without Mageblood

This league i build a Scion Exsanguinate with Poets. It had trouble to deal with rares in t16 white but what decently tanky. What are the options to improve this build to the next steps also suggestions in tankyness would be great. This is the POBB:

WARNING: this is NOT a good build. I just like scion and liked the new Trickster ascendancy point. Moreover, this build is mediocre in pretty much every way. It doesn't have good defense (only 20k eva, 20k armor, 100% spell supp.), it has awful boss damage and pretty lame map clear due to not being champion with adrenaline or glad with challenger charges. Obviously before patch notes yada yada. A bit in the middle between a build concept and an actual build, there should be some avenues to get more out of this build still. PoB: Idea was to make ignite minions viable, and to not use spectres because as it looks now they'll be squishy and are hard to resummon if they die. I thought I would try my hand making my own build from scratch. I recently read that the channeling on Storm Burst can continue even through the use of instant spells - something I didn't know before this week! That means Frostblink can be used for movement even while channeling Storm Burst. I also opted to go with 100% spell suppression and high evasion for defensive layers. Eventually I will plan on picking up 30% Elemental Ailment Avoidance which will give me 100% avoidance. Anyhow, here is my build.

Warning: this build should be made if you want to clear content because it deals no damage. It has max dodge, block and resistances (CI) without glancing blows or acrobatics.
