I thought I would try my hand making my own build from scratch. I recently read that the channeling on Storm Burst can continue even through the use of instant spells - something I didn't know before this week! That means Frostblink can be used for movement even while channeling Storm Burst. I also opted to go with 100% spell suppression and high evasion for defensive layers. Eventually I will plan on picking up 30% Elemental Ailment Avoidance which will give me 100% avoidance.
