The goal of this PoB is to show a wide array of available items for twink characters.
And with those items you can stick as close as possible to your "goal" passive tree / skill you want to use while leveling.
This will be a confusing PoB for newer players to follow. If you need help choosing a tree or figuring out how to use this leave a comment somewhere for me.
- eg. There are a ton of item choices you can mix and match and you will have to pay close attention to item level requirement in order to have a smooth experience.
How to use:
Choose an item loadout that has similar scaling vectors as your desired characters passive tree.
You do not need to have the same scaling vectors but the setup will feel better if you do.
Some archetypes can be used even if passive points don't match up.
- eg. traps, mines, totems, that use an elemental spell but take a bunch of trap / mine / totem nodes on the tree. This could use the elemental spell caster setup.
Complicated Passive Tree Scenario.
- If your endgame tree is using a lot of clusters that you do not have or do not want to equip until later on.
- If your tree doesn't really have any scaling vectors.
- these are situations where you will want to look at nearby nodes on your tree and choose an archtype based on those.
ALERT
Level requirements with corrupts are innacurate for a lot of items in this pob, watch out when you are buying them.
----------------Loadouts-----------------------
If you think there is an archetype missing or there's some particularly strong setups that are not listed below, lmk, I will add.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
elemental attack widowhail:
- passive points - elemental / projectile / area / cold / lightning / bow damage, attack speed, critical strike, elemental penetration, accuracy, frenzy or power charges, stat stacking
- keystones - Precise Technique, Resolute Technique, Elemental Overload
notes:
-
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
elemental spell caster:
- passive points - elemental / projectile / area / cold / lightning / fire / spell damage, cast speed, critical strike, elemental penetration, frenzy or power charges
- keystones - Elemental Overload
notes:
- put main skill in helmet
- can run trap or mines or totems (elemental spell) with this setup
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
energy shield based elemental spell caster:
- passive points - elemental / projectile / area / cold / lightning / fire / spell damage, cast speed, critical strike, elemental penetration, frenzy or power charges, attack block
- keystones - Elemental Overload, Chaos Innoculation (careful)
notes:
- put main skill in helmet
- be familiar with energy shield builds and how to get recovery / deal with chaos damage before trying this setup
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
facebreaker melee physical (bleed works too)
- passive points - melee / physical / area / attack / while holding shield damage, impale, warcry / exerted attack, attack speed, critical strike, accuracy, frenzy or power charges
- keystones - Resolute Technique. Precise Technique
notes:
- swap to great old one's shield at lvl 46
- can use the warden's band ring if you are using a skill that doesn't feel clunky with reduced attack speed (cyclone). Or you already have a lot of increased attack speed (coiling whisper tech)
- physical damage with attacks abyss jewel available starting lvl 25
- rigwald's crest + wolves, give 3-6 added phys to attacks per wolf.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
chaos spell dot
- passive points - chaos / area / spell damage, damage over time / multiplier, cast speed, frenzy or power charges
- keystones -
notes:
- shade of solaris wand, you need to crit ~once every 8 seconds. use increased critical strike support for main skill
- decay shield does big chaos dmg when you hex an enemy, this does not scale with spell damage though
- could also use severed in sleep for lvl 25 envy aura
- alleopathy gloves also very strong req lvl 40ish
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
cold dot
- passive points - cold / area / spell damage, damage over time / multiplier, cast speed, frenzy or power charges
- keystones - Elemental Overload
notes:
- bitter dream is a strong choice if you want to run multiple "main skills"
- if using shade of solaris make sure main skills have increased critical strikes linked
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
poison
- passive points - chaos / area / poison damage, damage over time / multiplier, attack speed, frenzy or power charges
- keystones -
notes:
- recommend going attack based but can go caster as well. Swap rings if going caster.
- decay shield does big chaos dmg when you hex an enemy, this does not scale with spell damage though
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ignite
- passive points - ignite chance, elemental / fire / burning damage, damage over time / multiplier, movement speed, frenzy or power charges
- keystones - Elemental Overload
notes:
- this setup is focused around abberath's hooves, make sure you have supports in the boots (I put some example supports in skills tab)
- not 100% sure how good this will feel in later acts. PoB looks decent. Needs testing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
minions
- passive points - minion stuffs
- keystones -
notes:
- focused around added base damage with auras and a crap ton of increase damage from helm
- not sure if rigwald ring works on minion kill.
- not sure if mark of the red covenant bricks other added damage types for srs
- work in progress on this one. I don't play a lot of minion builds. If you have tips lmk.

Tech:
- multiple quicksilver flasks enkindled with increased effect. (go fast without mageblood)
- ixchel's temptation ring with high quality is insane for leveling for many different setups. Can be expensive though
- if you can afford a mageblood please use it with enkindled flasks for twink leveling!
- the taming only requires level 30 it is really easy to apply multiple ailments in the acts. So 240 - 300% increased elemental damage...
- circle of ambition req lvl 20 and corresponding herald (phys, fire, cold, lightning) is an easy 70% increased damage
Goals:
- portioning out each archetype into it's own PoB with different item loadouts pertaining to the archetype
- this would enable having loadouts for seperate level breakpoints, like lvl 1 loadout, lvl 10 loadout, etc. Also would enable expensive vs budget twink loadouts
- fixing the corrupted item lvl requirements

This will be an ongoing project but the purpose is to have a PoB or some sort of sheet with a bunch of different item loadouts. You can then choose the item loadout and follow your endgame or whatever passive tree you want and still have a smooth leveling experience. A benefit of this over following a straight up leveling guide, is that you will ideally not have to respec a giant portion of your passive tree after leveling.
This is a work in progress but I will add to it over time. And this PoB will be much more powerful to veterans than new players as it is a guidelines PoB. There will be situations where there are better items. And hopefully those items are already created in the PoB, so you can just look at an item slot and the various options and be able to decide from there.
