96 Blade Vortex Ascendant - 11 Aura Stacker Update #2 | PoE 3.23 Affliction

Elementalist + Raider combo based on physical to cold BV conversion & frenzy charges. Budget = 25 div minimum.

Killed elder/exarch/eater/shaper. No ubers yet. Not a bossing build.

Upgrades or changes i've made:

• Dropped rf/purity of fire for tempest shield. Big dps loss here but it's easier on levelling. Swap back to rf/pof later. Tempest grants 26% spell block chance and shock immunity.
• Dropped Chayula ammy for a rare with +1 all skill gems and 50+ chaos res (around 9d). In doing so, life rolls on gear no longer convert to energy shield so you'll have less es and ideally want to drop life on gear for other stats. It's made up for by higher defences in +1 to aura lvls.
• Changed Arakaali to Brine King since we lose stun immunity in replacing Chayula ammy.
• Crafted rare gloves with the damage with hits against chilled enemies affix. Need cold exposure x unnerve implicits you can easily roll with ichors/embers.
• Crafted rare boots with spell suppression and chaos res. Since Chayula's gave 72% chaos res, gotta find it elsewhere. Need phys gained as extra cold dam and drop scorched ground while moving implicits you can easily roll with ichors/embers.
• Empower 3 to 4 with the curses.
• Determination, discipline, hatred 20 to 21 (1d or less each. Don't need quality, only adds radius). Some 21s are fucking expensive such as BV at a fucked 40+ div minimum.
• Unleash/cold penetration supports to awakened unleash (10 div) and cold pen support (1 div) lvl 5s (23% quality) for BV.
• Crafted the non-channelling skills have -x mana cost on a ring because i've dropped the dreamer/mana mastery cluster for 8% mana reservation node next to charisma, 2% reservation on unnatural instinct (around 5 div) and 3% reservation on another jewel slot at the start of the tree. I like this setup better because you get devotion = area/elemental damage off of militant faith, 18% fire/cold res and 10% physical dam. Around 60 mana left feels good.
• Dropped 7% mana reservation on 2 charms for % elemental resistance damage penetration and non-chaos damage with hits gained as extra chaos dam (1d max each). Pen is better, around a 1% dps increase, probs changing to pen on both. I like the es leech on the third charm though. Personal preference.
• Linked faster casting with frostblink and put it on left click. Awkward but ceebs spamming a key every 2s.
• Got a shav's with +2 duration gems corrupt. BV is currently at lvl 28. 2-3 divs max.

Might swap basalt out for oriath's end soon. A good one costs 15d+ though. Might be nice with frostblink on left click.
