Depending how desired valako flame / flesh is it might be the cheapest way since heist league to play a decent aura stacker. Yo guys, as many people have discovered, Hiero is very potent this patch for casters. I wanted to make a cheap-ish Sparker that is full league start viable. The main selling point is that unlike other early game sparkers, we have so much Damage that we can take both pierce and faster projectiles and still end up at 3.8Mil per projectile. Its my first time making a build from scratch, wanted to make an abyss stacker but i don't personally like the look of the rathpith ones so i tried to make one myself. Thought it would be nice to theorycraft a bit with hiero. Turns out between kugals gaze, new bubonic trail and the hiero ascendancy and a mana mastery, you gain 100% (150 if 1k mana spend recently) arcane surge efficiency which equals 40% more damage with new hiero. On top of that, you gain 25% RMR from hiero, 24% from bubonic and 12% from new mana mastery. If you take souvereignity on top, you're at 83% global RMR that applies to every aura.
