It is centered on Vaal Haste and plays as a aura, dexterity, spell, area archetype. Defensively it sits at 390.26K effective HP, 39 life, 6.72K energy shield. Suited for: Legion, Aurabot. Key uniques include Vaal Caress, Ephemeral Edge, Coruscating Elixir, The Eternal Struggle, Prism Guardian.

Leveling
-Act 1-
Level 2
Vendor (Self): Stormblast Mine
Vendor (Spark): Pierce Support? (If still able)
Level 4- Post Tidal Island & Breaking Eggs
Vendor (Self): Flame Wall, Orb of Storms
Quest Reward: Arcane Surge Support, Frostblink, Frostbomb (Tarkleigh)
Level 8 & 10- Post Brutus
Quest Reward: Added Lightning Damage, Leap Slam
Consideration: TS will need Added Lightning Damage and You will need a second Added Lightning for OoS link

Level 16
Quest Reward: Herald of Thunder
Level 18
Vendor (Self): Summon Skitterbots, Faster Attacks Support
Quest Reward: Concentrated Effect
-Act 3-
Level 24
Vendor (Self): Conductivitiy
Quest Reward: Wrath
Library for Carry: Lightning Penetration OR Ice Bite
-Act 4-
Consideration: This is only for the AURA SWAP, otherwise skip until you swap over later.
Vendors: Discipline (A3), Stormblast Mine (Siosa), Generosity (A3), Vitality (A1), Smite (A1), Faster Attacks Support (A2)
Consideration: THIS IS POSSIBLY OUTDATED DUE TO 3.21 CHANGE
1) 4L: you'll want a 2r1b1g, though if you haven't managed to find a 4 link, a 2b1r works, dropping Faster Attacks.
2) A melee weapon, preferably a cutlass, which you should be looking for from the act 4 vendor throughout the act. (Cutlass grants accuracy for smite and has 1.55 base attack speed.)
3) sufficient properly colored sockets to socket everything else, though the only other link is between Leap Slam and Faster Attacks.
Drop Summon Skitterbots, throw in Vitality and Discipline. (If Able with new Aura Changes)
Feel free to unbind your detonate mines button, since you'll always be leaving the mines undetonated on the ground for their offensive aura.
From here on out, your order of priority for damage buffs skills is Smite > Conductivity> Stormblast Mines

Gems you pickup through these acts are ones you skipped from before.
Vendors: Grace, Vaal Haste, Wrath
-Act 8-
Vendors: Defiance Banner (A2) Arrogance Support (A6 Lilly) Determination (A3) Clarity (A1)

Grab all other gems as needed, filling in missing spaces.
