Yo recently theorycrafted around the eye of winter build from jung. Dont get me wrong I could just buy all the items and call it a day but I wanted to maybe create a thread and share budget options. I wanna start an SSF run with freezing pulse+frost bomb into Eye of Winter arcanist brand at lvl38 and prior to that I wanted to theorycraft a bit about possible budget endgame setups.

Basically Tulfall 250c, Boots 100c, 100c or less rares (probably 20c tops for some of those), 400c body maybe for probably similar ish (???) DPS and around half the EHP. So like half a nimis for the entire build basically.
