EDIT: looking at the video it looks like my wrath is off LOL, imagine as you are watching that it does about 100% more damage.

This build utilizes shroud of the lightless to stack mana, life, and penetration through abyss jewels. We are a heirophant for arcane surge and the big mana, but you can also probably make this work fairly easily as a sabotuer or a scion. We also use voice of the storm because its ridiculous for non crit lightning damage and it gives 20% increased mana. My atziris rule has a % mana regen mod on it, but most of our sustain is coming from nexus gloves and arcane surge effect stacking.

The EHP is not great, but also not bad. The toon stacks spell block and a little bit of suppression with the "suppression is lucky mastery", our main defense is a ~10k effective life pool with very very high recovery through agnostic.

The main draw is the damage, my build is fairly unoptimized but my flameblast (just one, and its extremely easy to overlap them) hits for 2 million damage and my storm of judgement hits for 1m each.

Overall it was a very fun build, i've always wanted to do a hit based atziris rule build and this really beat my expectations.
