Its my first time making a build from scratch, wanted to make an abyss stacker but i don't personally like the look of the rathpith ones so i tried to make one myself. Can anybody spot any glaring issues or problems i might face? (Such as I'm a little worried about mana but from what i can tell, it looks fine)

Also, i notice nothing changes when i flick arcane surge on and off. Makes it really difficult to know if i will have mana problems because i have no idea if the stated regen is with or without arcane surge.

I'm aware that it would have trouble bossing but that's fine as my other build is very good as ubers but kinda trash at mapping.
