I saw that other thread talking about lightpoacher divine ire worms and I wanted to share the character I'm playing.

Lightpoacher seemed like a nutty item so I stacked hypnotic eye jewels for spirit charges (5% extra phys as each other element) as well as shroud of the lightless ele pen. I also had kurgal’s for arcane surge effect (the cast speed feels great, especially if you can get the more cast speed mod on your tree) and the abyss boots for reservation efficiency and two more sockets. I had around 15 abyss jewels with es, res for annihilating light and crit or flat phys. I think life may be the way to go cause you get %life per abyss jewel as well, but I wanted to try ci out and it feels good too.
I’m not using the archmage blood tap thing— I’ve found with my worm investment and how long it takes divine ire to cast, my charges will be at max all the time while mapping and pretty good while bossing too (depending how much you have to use a move skill). I could definitely see it being strong though-- here is the video about it if you haven't checked it out yet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5HSB3xMCYk.
Because of the traitor I was able have permanent annihilating light res from the flasks, and what’s on the jewels. I’m not really improving the build anymore, but I think if you get chaos res, swap herald of ash for oriaths end (herald of ash isn’t really that good for dps but it makes the clear aoe a lot better), add a vitality for righteous fire, and go life instead of es based, it would be really powerful. It felt crazy as a league starter and I haven’t touched the character since around day6 so there’s lots of improvement left to do.

Frenzies and onslaught are both on kill, but because of worms they're permanently up. Seconds of freeze and chill are both 2 seconds, and shock is 30% (assuming enemies are being hit by channel before beam hit).I put "Divine Ire has 90% less cast speed" in the custom modifiers because I read that if you use a 20 stack beam release and that custom modifier then the dps should be about correct. With all that working, lightpoacher seems pretty strong because this character is over 30mil dps on a budget of less than ten divines. I'd love to hear if anyone is doing anything similar or has any suggestions.
I just recorded a quick map showcase and exarch kill. As you can see, it's not the fastest mapper, but the single target is great. One shotting strong duped essence rares feels really good.

I didn't play the exarch well, but you can easily maintain higher spirit charges than I did by being more on top of holding divine ire until 20 stacks. Or if you wait a few more seconds before spawning him, you can cap out of charges at the start of the fight too.
The scary max charge crucible rare got randomly oneshot because the beam hit the 1/4 to invert her resists. That mastery is insane.
It's not a perfect build (No quicksilver, I wish I had 5k+ es and more max res/ele mitigation), but the strengths are there for sure. I had a few people message me with questions from poe ninja, but I don't think they got that far with it. If you try this out or anything similar please let me know how it goes!!
