Current POB:
~45M against lv84 pinnacle bosses
TLDR:
Offense: lv29 pyroclast mine + stormblast mine = 1600% more dmg for Arma brand recaller
Defense: Petrified blood + bloodnotch + immutable force for immunity of hits you can bearable, tainted pact + divine Flesh for countering the non-phys DOT, and fourth vow for mitigation.
Introduction
The general idea is stack some mine aura effect combining with new transfigured gems of pyroclast mine of sabotage that provide huge damage increasing to "any kind of hit base build". With +7 march of legion, we have lv21 pyroclast mine of sabotage providing 2897-4346 global added fire damage, which is 572% more to my lv20 arma brand. Stormblast mine provide 150% increased damage taken, which is 150% more considering i have no other increased dmg taken. Together is nearly 17 times of dmg boost at a extremely low investment. So what's the ultimate price? The answer is the lost of QOL, which requires frequently throwing the mines.
How do I build around this?

Asides from the HUGE added fire dmg, we must know that the mana reservation of skill should also take into consideration. Pyroclast of sabotage requires 24 mana reserved each mine (lv20), where the original one is 6 mana reserved each at lv20. This makes throwing pyroclast mine of sabotage with mana unrealistic if you also want some defense aura. So why not throw mines with life? Hence, I linked with arrogance to solve this.

The next problem is that reserving life is the lost of defense. Herein, I introduce Captainlance9's idea at Crucible league, he built a similiar sabo for blazing salvo COC and the defense layer is very delicate. He utilized the combo of petrified blood + bloodnotch + immutable Force + 30% of recoup to become immunity to any damage not one-shotting him down, which ends up with tanking the Exarch ball phase smoothly. To deal with DOT, the combo of divine Flesh + tainted pact comes into place. Though the capped chaos resistance would actually reduced the amount of recovery, but it is actually sufficient to counter the another half of elemental DOT and we are also no need to worry about the recovery of losing life by hits. Since petrified blood allows leech not being removed, and in a situation of leeching, the 5% difference in max resistance between elemental and chaos, the DOT only requires you to have 5% x 50% = 2.5% of damage recovery per sec to fully counter the elemental DOT. Reminding that the leeching not removed also allow us to have 20% of max life recovery per sec, hence this is not a big problem. Further, Captainlance9 also used fourth vow for mitigation, which is also a good combo with divine flesh.

What skill can to do good damage while throwing mines? Totem, minions! But non of these two are good with saboteur, at least at league start aspect. Therefore, I choose armageddon brand recaller as league start. Spamming brand and occasionally throwing some mine. The trigger craft on weapon would do the rest like brand recall and curses.

Is it a good leaguestarter?
Yes, but no. I mean it has too much dmg for all content as a leaguestarter and can beat Ubers with EO version. The no part is you will feel quite squishy before you have all the defense layer. Luckily, all uniques mentioned above are kinda cheap this league. I ran few low level santum at day 2 to earn all the pieces necessary. 60% bloodnotch for 4d, 965% of immutable force for 2.5d, and others are less then a divine.
How to leaguestart with this?
I followed Jungroan's guide on arma brand recaller. A1 with rolling magma fire wall, A3 cremation + arma brand. I started my armabrand journey after I finish campaign and bought 2 sceptre with trigger sockted mods on them(one is veiled and one is +1 fire and craft trigger mod) for 1c each. 4L with mine aura was so sufficient to beat Eater and Exarch.

Masteries: +2 brands, brand recall cooldown recovery, +50 life, 55% counts as low life, if stunned recently cannot be crit, crit does not inherit ignite and 100% increased dmg with hit against ignited enemies, stun threshold is 60% ES, 25% more spell dmg if stunned while casting recently, mines cannot be damaged

Adrenaline mod does nothing to me since I'm always on low life instead of becoming low life.

Some POB settings
Armageddon brand dmg is set to 14x due to the brand recall is "triggered" by weapon craft and the two triggerbot would "activate" the brand 2 x 7 times and circumvent the less triggered spell dmg.
