PoE League Starter, Movement, Mapping builds

Totems were fun for both builds, but now I want something that can speed run bosses/sanctums/harbingers and decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something unusual. I failed, like, every single sanctum on this melee build (I was the player making fun of people for failing sanctums when on my totems) but now with enough DPS Sanctums are easier now than they were on totems. Ever since the Timeless Jewel Chainbreaker Keystone rework last league (Grants 1 Rage regenerated for every 25 Mana Regeneration per second) I've wanted to make a mana-regen stacking character that takes advantage of nearly permanent berserk. This seems too challenging with available sources of flat mana per second, so mana stacking was the way I chose. Berserk favors attacks so Mind of the Council was a no brainer. However, not being able to regenerate mana because of Chainbreaker makes it hard to sustain typical Mind over Matter defenses, so I instead decided to make use of the Hiero

So after a bit of messing around, I might have come up with a phys Flicker Strike Slayer that looks like it's SSF viable for a league start. Parameters: 900k+ boss DPS assuming maximum Rage, Pride effect and totems, but no Berserk or Vaal Haste (goes up to 1.5m burst DPS if so). Not that you'd be doing pinnacles on this, but it's a good indication of single target potential. Clear DPS drops to 533k without totems, Vaal Haste, Berserk, or Intimidate, and setting Pride to minimum effect, but is helped along by Tribal Fury's new mel

True league start - Dual Sword Cyclone Berserker My goal is to make a true league start build that is cheap to get up and rolling and can make reasonable gains over time in both defense and DPS. Several leagues past I enjoyed the Dual Ahn's Might / no Frenzy charge style but wanted to see if I could get modern day DPS out of it budget wise (which in my mind is 1mil DPS against a boss physical) The final goal would be easily running yellow to low tier red maps for farming. Fellow Meme Mallet Enjoyers! I farmed myself a Mageblood on this build in AN Softcore trade. This is my character as-is on standard and I'm posting it in case anyone wants to hijack it for 3.19. This build is attempting to maximize the buffs given by Her Embrace (from Oni Goroshi) by adding physical damage and "gain % Physical Damage as extra Fire Damage" modifiers and stacking increased Fire Damage/More Fire Damage modifiers.
