Frozen Legion Chieftain Hitting Like a Truck

Here is a look at the character I decided to reroll, Frozen Legion Chieftain, still very much in the early stages of the build but already bringing home some bacon, this build packs a powerful punch with frozen legion for single target while utilizing a shockwave cyclone setup to proc easy fast map clear. This is what I found to be a good solution in activating 2 CDR based attacks skills that aren't attack speed dependent in order to take full advantage of Marohi Erqi Massive Phys Hit Capability. This character beat a full sanctum and its first try and left me wanting more, here is to hoping the rest of the character is a blast to upgrade and maximize!
