Hi Exiles
This build has gone from volc. fissure totems leaguestart > conc. path totems to now this. Totems were fun for both builds, but now I want something that can speed run bosses/sanctums/harbingers and decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something unusual.
I failed, like, every single sanctum on this melee build (I was the player making fun of people for failing sanctums when on my totems) but now with enough DPS Sanctums are easier now than they were on totems.
The build is fun. I've never played a build where the defenses were to just kill everything before it kills you. I have 7.5m pinnacle dps in maps, and just under 20m pinnacle for bosses. The things that kill this build are large phys hits, and the titty girls from eater of worlds. Everything else pretty much dies before it touches me. Once my rings are a bit better, chaos damage will also be a non-issue.
As far as sanctum goes, I've killed the final boss about 6-8 times and she basically disappears before she begins her 2nd attack
I still need to get another -mana cost ring, as right now anything that doesn't die in 3 seconds or so will drain my mana and as a result my dps, but this isn't really noticeable for most encounters. There is also a technical big dps boost getting synth base with added fire per str, and dump a bunch of currency into that (estimated around 1m dps increase over BLS) but at this stage I don't see it necessary. I still need a better watchers eye too, and I could always use more STR and ACC
I currently have just over 2k strength, and almost 20k accuracy.
This is my first stat stacking build, and it's a lot of fun. It's made the gearing progression a lot easier knowing exactly how the build scales.
If there's anything obvious I'm missing if anyone cares to look at the gear/pob, please let me know. According to poe.ninja I'm the only person self casting conc path, so any guidance is appreciated.
