PoE 3.23 Affliction Simulacrum builds

This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. I've put together successfully, almost every SRS variation out there (I'm sure there's more variations that I haven't thought of, but every conversions at least - Fire/cold/light/chaos/phys/pop). I've been running a Poison Caustic Arrow Ballista build (very close to Palestron's), but have come across a tweak which seems to have boosted the damage significantly, but which I haven't seen mentioned in conjunction with the build, so wanted to check my understanding is correct. In short I've switched out the Belt and Boots for Oledya's Delight and Ralekesh's Impatience. My understanding is that the boots are giving me the effect of max Frenzy/Endurance/Power charges (even though I can't see them), but separately my Frenzy Right-click stacks up Affliction charges. SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.

I have been slowly farming up div to buy a Fulcrum and it has been super slow going. I finally got enough div, but now I am second guessing whether or not the Fulcrum is worth it. Right now, I am using Mokou's Embrace with the corruption that poison cannot be inflicted on me. With that I have a 3-link with CWS, Lifetap and Forbidden rite, with a 100+ chance to ignite myself.
