Wave of Conviction constantly applies 35% fire shred & 10% shock which I have not included in pob calculation. At max Scorching Ray debuff, this character deals 20m pinnacle dps, approaching dot cap if i press vaal RF. However, it is risky to do so at lvl 99 so I wasn't showing it in simulacrum.
