PoE 3.23 Affliction Simulacrum builds

Goal: Have 2 Forbidden Rites that chain off of each other using 2 CWDT and a Falling Zombie. &x200B; TLDR: ~~I believe when CWDT attempts to trigger a spell that cannot be triggered due to the ICD of CWDT, the damage for that spell gets set to 50% of the required damage of the CWDT. I don't know if this is documented anywhere, but it definitely isn't on the Wiki.~~ TLDR (edit): This is why you shouldn't over complicate things. The ICD is locking out the damage tracker also, which is why RZoF needs to do anywhere from 50%-99% of damage, because it will cause the two FRs to ping-pong.

seriously, i am not seeing anyone using this in poe ninja. Lancing steel is very good for double coc, as it hit so many times. I was experimenting with several different configurations and found frostbolt+ice nova of frostbolts to be insane. I am experimenting in very very juiced maps with delirium and abyss at t16, and it is insane for mapping, you can use return projectiles for more coverage, but crit damage is way more dps. POB gives me almost double the dps of single target as blazing salvo: My inquisitor is midway yet, lots of improvement to be done, 12k ES with EB, and no crit damage

Hello non-meta build enthusiast! I present to you probably one of the favourite builds I've made to date, mainly because this one actually works and feels good to play! It uses the new overloaded tincture to get 7000%+ increased attack damage and some healthy strength scaling to get all the flat damage I need. I posted this in a comment in another post and it kinda catch many interests so I'm posting it as a separate post. Welcome to the psuedo-RF but minion build. We're fast, tanky, doesn't required pressing a button and have enough damage to do a 10k wisps map in reasonable time.
