Hello! I'd like to present my current build and what will likely be my final build for the league: a Life Stacking Penance Brand Inquisitor.
Yes, yes, yes, it's another Penance Brand of Dissipation build. Sue me. The skill is way too good. But there's a few reasons why I like this variant more than the standard Ivory Tower one. It takes advantage of Rathpath Globe and The Adorned to stack an insane amount of life and convert that into an insane amount of damage. Rathpith alone gives +500% damage AND crit chance.
Let's start with a PoB and quick video:

FAQ:
Why is your PoB EHP and Damage lower than I'd expect? I choose to set my PoB for the absolute worst case scenario. Immortal Call off, Frost Shield off, no endurance charges, 1% shock and chill effect. Feel free to tick all the various layers of defence and damage back on to see higher numbers.
Why don't you use Runebinder? Penance Brand of Dissipation is bugged and cannot reach max stacks if there are two brands on the enemy. You do get slightly higher DPS with Runebinder anyway, because of the 5% more damage from Runesmith. You also get faster ramp-up time of your damage. For those reasons Runebinder will be added to the build once I either (a) reach level 100 or (b) can afford a 3-passive Voices. For now there were better places to put the passive point.
Why Spectres? I realized I had a lot of socket space I wasn't using, and a 4-link Spectre setup was the best way to add more damage and defences into the build. Use Perfect Spirit of Fortune, Warlord, and Meatsack. Spirit of Fortune adds a huge amount of DPS with its Wrath and Lucky Lightning Damage auras, Warlord gives you (and your other spectres) free Endurance charges, and the Meatsack keeps the other two alive with its minion life buff. It is possible for your Spectres to die running juiced T16s, but they will never die while bossing. If you don't like this, don't use them! Build is totally fine without it. I'd use the other sockets for something like a CWDT Enfeeble or Temp Chains to help out your mapping.
What Charms do you use? I went for both Power and Frenzy on hit, some Block% to cap my block, reflect immunity, and some damage via crit while at max power charges and consecrated ground applies increased damage taken. There's a million good charms though, feel free to experiment.
Happy to answer any questions you may have about the build!
