PoE Arcane Cloak, Movement builds

Hi. This char started from me seeing new brands (armagedon brand of volatility + peneance brand of conduction) and thinking that you can do something funny with them. Big thing is very short and lack of duration that can be abused with brand mastery for big mana regen.Big mana regen is very useful for every arcane build. Kitavas thirst with 2 new brands + wintertide + swiftbrand support gave me enough sustain for MoM + Agnostic on t16 with otherwise trashy build. Char is a proof of the concept and prolly life version is not the way, but conept is proofed and i think its funny. Prolly

I want to share you a build I made because I'm a Mana Stacking enjoyer since Sigil of Power and Arcane Cloak are perfect in SSF to scale your damage, the huge problem in general with those build is the tankiness, here, the tankiness isn't the problem First, why CoC instead of self casting ? PoB: Character is lvl 81 so there is room for more. I also forgot to activate Righteous Fire on the video, so I was missing 40% more damage. Mapping is okay, not the kind of walking simulator you'd get with a RF Inquisitor, but it can do it. Core concept is not new, Indigon + Arcane cloak. The PoB is really far from min/max and the gear was around 7ex total.

Yo I made a build and am feeling too lazy to make a video for it. Here's the POB. it can do exarch/eater/sirus/maven/all invitations deathless. tanky and great aoe boss damage, clear isn't the best but it's not the worst. I think furthest I got in simulacrum was 26 or so, but ya know mod rng and stuff and I attempted a total of 2 I believe (I haven't played in a few weeks). Edit: Sorry for no description. My daughter (who's 5 months) started crying and I ran from my desk without finishing. Basically the build utilizes mind of the council and you max out Mana. Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen.
