[Outdated] The Hidden Blade - bad but fun with Mjolner? - WUATU #7 - Path of Exile (3.12 Heist)

The Hidden Blade is new unique dagger introduced in Heist league. I have tested and did a build with it so you wouldn't have to. In other words it is pretty bad, unless i have missed some strong mechanic with it.
