COOLDOWN RECOVERY RATE
- No cooldown recovery rate = 12.12 APS On cyclone GET CLOSE
- Cooldown recovery rate is from 12% CRAFT ON BELT (or shaper belt) + 2% ON ABYSS JEWEL = EASIEST 14%. 52%+ Comes from woke coc, belt, boots
- 14-51% = 15.14 APS | 52%+ = 20.20 APS (REALLY HARD TO GET JUST SHOOT FOR 15.14 WITH 14%

WHY NOT SCION
- Scion is very good for damage, and extra skill points for more damage! BUT pathfinder is much better to start with
-Extra flask effect to cap res, crit, and stun avoid.
-Extra attack/movement speed
-Flask on crit, bleed remove, and 6% life on flask use is SUPER good to help you start your coc journy!
- I have an example scion tree for a SUPER juicer build. UP TO YOU THOUGH. Scion is totally fine! Just not my preference!

- Attack speed with swords, while dual wielding, generic attack speed
- Anoints
- Sort by APS in the "anoint" tab
- Clusters
- I Chose dual wield cluster for attack speed this helps hit it if you want
- Attack speed on cospri's is LOCAL so this is what get's INCREASED when you get INCRASED ATTACK SPEED so if you want to hit the threshold GET 14% ATTACK SPEED!

- Large cluster is whatever you can get. Just grab some random 8 passive large cluster with 3 notables (so the 2 big ones are pushed forward)
that has literally any amount of spell damage (EXAMPLE IN TREE: It was 10c and had spell damage)
- Medium Cluster is SPIKED CONCOCTION + Distilled Perfection

- If you do want to get the craft, just buy unvieled "cinderswallows"
- STUN IMMUNITY 92% comes from the flask and the flask effect, rest comes from Phantasmal cyclone if u can afford, or the small ranger node going towards heart of oak.
-WHY FROSTBLINK? BECAUSE IT'S INSTANT, try using dash while cycloning and then use frostblink. You're welcome!

- We're getting a second cluster setup, we'll try to balance our attack speed 15.14 in pob to trigger both dual wields OPTIMALY
- Blast freeze for EZ ultimatums
- The Pandemonius is AMAZING FOR SURVIVABILITY. BLIND + PEN!
- You'll have to get int and Max Life + Max Mana jewels now that we gave up Atziri's Foible
- Can get Anom Frostbolt to replace our exposure on hydrosphere
- Frenzy when you spend 200 mana corruption on cospri to get frenzy charges on bosses
- Watcher's eye for 10% extra MOM
- Get better rare jewels (multi/life/mana/int/res to cap with flask)
- Phantasmal cyclone = last bit of stun immunity
50 EXALT BUDGET NOTES!!!
- We drop taste of hate for bottled faith, to super cap crit and make enemies take increased damage
- We get CDR and hit 15.14 Attacks per sec, giving 30% MORE damage from cooldown procs
- Tripple cap wiseoak to take A LOT LESS ele and deal A LOT MORE!
- When we hit 15.14 APS we'll be optimaly line up our APS with the correct CDR so that the server tick rate (refresh rate) is lined up with our cospri's and coc proc rate.
- If this doesn't make sence, then just get 15.14 APS and 14% CDR and you'll be good
- Doing this let's us proc DUAL WIELD COSPRI'S as fast
- EVERY JEWEL THAT YOU CAN, GET SOME FORM OF CRIT MULTI (COLD, ELEMENTAL SKILLS, SPELLS, OR GLOBAL)

- DON'T SWAP EARLY UNTIL YOU HAVE DOUBLE PROJ COSPRI'S, THE ENCHANT, AND A 50 EXALTS EXTRA (For crit multi jewels and etc)

- Ice spear = pewpewpewpew = Many projectiles + indigon = HUGE COC DPS
- Scale extra proj everywhere
- Creeping frost and ice spear can ALL hit the same monster. THAT'S ILLEGAL AND CALLED SHOT GUNNING! (don't tell chris)
- ICE SPEAR NOTES - In cospri's 2 you can have power charge on crit OR elemental focus. If you spam mana Liquid Inspiration can be your power charge source, if you don't like that just use Pcoc
