The Count is 30 besides Blade Trap because Sunblast throws 3 mines and the trap hits 10 times.
PoB: Character is lvl 81 so there is room for more. I also forgot to activate Righteous Fire on the video, so I was missing 40% more damage. Mapping is okay, not the kind of walking simulator you'd get with a RF Inquisitor, but it can do it. Core concept is not new, Indigon + Arcane cloak. The PoB is really far from min/max and the gear was around 7ex total.
Elder helmets seemed to be made for that new minion and it allows me to buy a cheap Doryani's chest. Build is fun although a roll of bad luck makes sustaining the minions on bosses sometimes hard. PoB:
