Overview
Flicker strike, but with a fuckin lightsaber is a Path of Exile Inquisitor build by Imabairbro, made for the Affliction league (3.23). It is centered on Flicker Strike of Power and plays as a critical, dexterity, attack, melee archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 150.96M DPS with 185.54K effective HP, 5 life, 15.14K energy shield. Suited for: Simulacrum, Mapping, Bossing. Imabairbro's Notes
I've been working on this since league start and figured I'd show it off. ~500M pinnacle DPS, ~100-150M uber DPS while being tanky enough to do a deathless wave 30 simulacrum. This build is not a league starter in any sense and it will be substantially worse without charms next league. Charms and TWWT make the build viable without using power charge on crit support, gives us culling strike, generates frenzy and fortify, saves us 4 skill points with instant leech, and generates rage for berserk.
Shout out to Onemanaleft/Connerconverse, I used his mana flicker from last league as a starting point and he helped me min-max this build.

I swap out volatility and melee splash for bossing/mapping respectively. You could weapon swap to redblade banner to get maximum warcry power before bossing, but you have to reactivate energy blade when you swap back.
P.S. Did you know totems also use your energy blade? It looks hilarious when they have a bunch of attack speed.
