My league starter and finisher, another iteration of a lightning mana Hierophant with spread out stats. It's been over 5 years since I played this skill when it came out in 3.10 Delirium League! So much has changed since then.

This Stormbind build does NOT use Indigon, so it doesn't stack mana as high and trades boss-killing power for better mapping and AoE. The original reddit paint build was focused around stacking big AoE for 5x5 grid explosions. It only takes a few seconds to improve 25 runes, otherwise it's 1-2s for 9 runes for most content. The hard counter to the build is obviously mobile bosses that teleport out of the ideal range, and also if it's a smaller arena with bosses standing next to walls...

Probably my only build for this league, back to back PoE and PoE2 leagues I'm trying not to burn myself out.
